At DigiCOPY, we frequently receive project related to the ACE market (Architecture, Construction & Engineering). We wanted to address a few commonly asked questions for customers in this market.Where do I place my order?Always send print requests directly to the store's email to ensure that we receive the order.View all of our locations: Eau Claire, Green Bay, La Crosse, Milwaukee, Stevens Point or Wausau.Please enter the following information:NamePhone NumberColor or Black and WhiteSize *Please be specific as to what size you'd like printed, especially if the file is a different size than your request. Otherwise, they will be printed the same size as the file.Pages to print (complete set of plans and specs, plans only or specific pages?) *Keep in mind that some architects request that you receive the entire setHow should I send my files?The best way to send your file is via email. If your file is over 15MB please use our FTP site found at www.dcopy.net. For directions on how to use the FTP please visit http://dcopy.net/send-files.php.Please send us an email when you have everything uploaded to the FTP site.Which file formats do you accept?We accept a wide variety of file formats but prefer PDF's.Are there standard sizes for the ACE prints?There is no one size print that fits all situations. However, there are many 30" x 42" plans and 24" x 36" plans.How will the plans appear when I pick them up or they are delivered?We usually bind the plans using staples and a binding strip. This allows you to easily flip through the plans without them getting out of order.
