Memphis-based Development Services Group Inc. plans a 15-story hotel of up to 230 rooms on 0.62 acres at 21st Avenue and Hayes Street. DSG has the property, currently home to a medical office building, under contract with owner 21st Plaza Partners LLC, Nashville Post reports. DSG President and CEO told the website that the hotel would include a restaurant and bar with outdoor dining, parking, ballrooms and meeting rooms.
