Today we have made Detail Design Online available to the general public! The first thing you'll notice, however, is that at present there is a distinct lack of content. This is because we want YOU to help us build up our database of content articles! The aim of Detail Design Online was to create an Architectural Database that everyone can contribute to - meaning that as time goes by the site will be ever-expanding. We've spent the past few months focusing purely on getting the site up and running to a suitable standard. Now we want students and professionals to help us - by providing feedback on the site, letting us know how user-friendly it is, suggestions of possible changes and additions to the site, and of course by submitting your content to us! Only with your help can we achieve our goal of turning Detail Design Online into the leading online resource for architects and students across the country! Our first goal is to pack the Image & Texture Library full of resources so we need you to get uploading! As many tileable textures, images of people and vegetation and AutoCAD blocks (your own creations of course) as possible! We know that Architecture is a vast subject, so we ask you to be patient with us for the moment whilst the site is populated with content.
