The architect behind an 11-story apartment tower proposed near Columbus Commons is offering an early look at what's to come. DesignGroup released a rendering of the Crawford Hoying Development Partners project that would bring 120 rental units and street-level retail to the site of a three-story Swan Cleaners building at 247-255 S.
