DBT-Data, the developer of 10 data center projects in Northern Virginia, has acquired 40 acres for new data center use on Old Ox Road in Sterling. David Tolson, President and CEO of D.C.-based DBT-Data, said the Route 606 site can accommodate 1 million square feet of data center space with additional entitlements.
