Three Dazbog Coffee franchisees have sued the Denver company, accusing it in a civil complaint of racketeering and civil theft and alleging that it engages in “systematic and fraudulent overcharging” of its franchisees with a goal of generating exorbitant revenue for the parent company while making it nearly impossible for franchisees to make a profit.
