DAX: Prime Focus' Technology Arm To Buy DAX

Prime Focus Technologies, the technology arm of Mumbai based post production company Prime Focus is acquiring Culver City headquartered DAX Solutions Inc, which develops cloud-based production workflow applications for Hollywood movies, for R56 Cr, the company said in a filing with BSE. The acquisition which is expected to be completed in the coming weeks consolidates Prime focus’ business in Hollywood expanding its North American business.
