Just as I thought I had all the presentation issues sorted, another one reared its ugly head. No doing of mine, this one. The fault lies entirely with Amazon. If you go on their website to browse Kindle ebooks, you will find a link on the thumbnail, called 'Look Inside' that you can click on.
