You don't need motivation in order to do what's important in your business. You need to do what's important in your business in order to create momentum and motivation. Or as a mentor of mine likes to say, "Do I have to find the best way before I get started? No, I have to get started in order to find the best way." So get started and take action now! With or without the motivation! John Maxwell's Law of Diminishing Intentionality perhaps expresses this principle most clearly: "The longer you wait to do something you should do now, the greater the odds you will never actually do it."
