Dash MultiCorp: Fast-growing DASH acquires 2 firms, changes name

DASH Multi-Corp. Inc., one of the largest privately held companies in the St. Louis area with $225 million in 2013 revenue, has acquired two related companies and changed its name. Following the purchase of RTH Processing Inc. and RDT Manufacturing LLC, DASH, the plastics and chemical maker, will become Accella Performance Materials Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
