Last week we were delighted to learn the Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) finally extended the November 1st compliance date and timeframes for the Information Blocking contained within the ONC Cures Act. The extension allows providers the time to continue their focus on the COVID-19 response.   This is welcome news to most provider organizations.
