CTTRANSIT: CT Transit Driver Suit Proceeds Over Covid Disinfectant Allergy

CT Transit, a subsidiary of Connecticut's Department of Transportation, lost its bid Friday to avoid a trial over claims brought by bus drivers alleging they unlawfully lost pay after having allergic reactions to disinfectants used to clean buses during the Covid-19 pandemic.
