BJC HealthCare's plan to expand its facilities at its Barnes-Jewish West County campus has been approved by the Creve Coeur City Council. The expansion plans received unanimous approval at the council's Monday night meeting. The approval came with the condition that BJC conduct a traffic study with each phase of the expansion plan.
