CRC: Report: Columbia River Crossing work included questionable spending decisions

The proposed Columbia River Crossing continues to make news even after state leaders have declared the project dormant. The Oregonian reports that of the $183 million spent to plan the project, $17 million-plus consisted of "questionable and excessive payments," according to a Washington state audit.
