PALO ALTO, Calif., May 1, 2017 -- Effective May 1, 2017, Bob Fickett will assume the role of chief executive officer of CPI International, Inc., which is the parent company of Communications & Power Industries LLC (CPI) and Communications & Power Industries Canada Inc. (CPI Canada). Mr. Fickett has served as president and chief operating officer of CPI International since March 2002. He will retain his current roles at CPI, where he has served as president since March 2002 and as chairman of the board of managers since December 2015.
