The Law Offices of Gilda A. Hernandez, PLLC; Lichten & Liss-Riordan, P.C.; and Weiner & Sand LLC announce that a nationwide class/collective action lawsuit was filed in the Southeast region on February 16, 2018, against one of the nation’s largest courier companies. Filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the lawsuit asserts that Courier Express Freight, Inc. (“Courier Express”), and its affiliates, including IDEXX Pharmaceuticals, LLC, violate the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and state wage and hour law. The relevant time period is February 16, 2015 through the present (the “Class Period”).
