Cornejo & Sons: Cornejo & Sons buying Riverside Airport

Auto dealer Les Eck, who bought Riverside Airport in 2010, is now selling it. The Wichita Eagle reports the buyer is construction company Cornejo & Sons, which plans to use the airport land for future sand reserves. People who rent hangars at the airport have been told that they will eventually have to move their planes.
