We're looking for an exceptional person to help with day to day e-commerce operations. You'll be ready to learn new things at the drop of a hat and will be able to work well to deadlines and strict quality standards.You'll be doing stuff like :Email marketing and campaign evaluationDealing with customer tickets and phone callsManaging our social media campaignsListing and photographing new productsDealing with returned and faulty ordersLiaising with partner retailersPlacing supplier ordersBooking in and checking incoming ordersHelp to implement new store featuresThe right person will have :Excellent spoken and written EnglishA deep understanding of social mediaBasic experience with Photoshop or similarFlexible skillset and ability to learnKeen interest in technologyHuge amounts of common senseHappy to work as part of a small teamSelf-starter, oodles of initiativeThe correct candidate will be rewarded (with money!) and satisfaction of a great job well done.
