CompoKeeper: Rev-A-Shelf acquires composter brand

Louisville-based Rev-A-Shelf Co. LLC has acquired CompoKeeper, a brand of kitchen composters, from 1908 Brands, of Boulder, Colo. The deal closed on May 1, according to a news release, and terms of the deal were not disclosed.
