CompassLearning: Compass Learning Acquired By Edgenuity

Austin-based Compass Learning, which develops K-12 education software, has been acquired by Ednuity, an online learning a education company owned by investor Weld North Holdings. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. According to Weld North, the buy will help it strengthen its position as one of the largest providers of digital curriculum to K-12 schools. Edgenuity is based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
