CompassLearning: Austin education tech company bought by Arizona firm

Compass Learning Inc., an Austin-based maker of educational software, has been acquired by an Arizona company. Edgenuity Inc. disclosed the deal Monday and said it would provide the business with a suite of digital curriculum products, according to an announcement.
