Albert Einstein said it best: "The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant." I couldn't agree more, especially when it comes to organizational innovation or advancing in academic topics. However, when people and emotions are involved, intuition (the gut check), is often times too quick of a critic.
