CoCo Key: I-Drive CoCo Key Water Resort sells for $15.1M

The CoCo Key Water Resort on International Drive now belongs to Weston-based InSite Orlando One LLC. The 399-room hotel at 7400 International Drive sold for $15.1 million, based on deed records with Orange County. The property was owned by CLP Legacy LLC, a subsidiary of CNL LIfestyle Properties.
