Cochran: JobsNOW: #1 Cochran hiring for multiple positions

BOARDMAN, Ohio (WKBN) - #1 Cochran is growing and expanding across the Valley, and the business is now looking to fill multiple positions. "We have plenty of positions now. With the eight stores here in the Ohio platform, there is a real big opportunity to get into the business and make some serious money," said Steve Tirabassi, senior operations manager at #1 Cochran. #1 Cochran is looking for salespeople. Tirabassi started at the business 15 years ago, and now he is the senior operations manager. Each dealership also has its own team of business development representatives, where no experience is necessary. They work off phone calls and internet leads. "They do a lot of the follow-up for the business," said Tirabassi. Cochran University helps give workers with no experience the necessary tools and training for every position in the company. #1 Cochran is also hiring service advisors, those who schedule a technician to look at vehicles. Tirabassi said the ideal candidate would be customer-oriented. "You're the face of the dealership after the sale for someone to come in and be helped," he said. #1 Cochran is also looking for a service manager to oversee the technicians. That person will oversee the operation in the garage. "They're going to be managing the service advisors, the technicians and just making sure the whole ship is steering on track," Tirabassi said. #1 Cochran has positions available locally, as well as at its other locations in western Pennsylvania.
