Cms Enviro Systems: CMS in management buyout

PRIVATE equity firm Maven has led the management buyout of CMS Window Systems, a window and door maker. The transaction includes the largest equity cheque written by Maven to date and is the fourth investment made by its UK Regional Buyout Fund, which recently announced its final close having raised £100 million from a diverse range of investors, including Scottish Enterprise, family offices, high net-worth syndicates, pension funds, and asset managers.
