Oakland police are now offering a reward of $10,000 for the identity of a driver who struck and killed a pedestrian Oakland's Temescal neighborhood last weekend.William Hoch, Jr. was walking in the 5000 block of Telegraph in Oakland when he was struck and killed.That section of Telegraph has numerous crosswalks, but it is not clear whether Mr. Hoch was in a crosswalk at the time of incident.Anyone with information is urged to call the Oakland Police Department.Pete Clancy is an Oakland Personal Injury Lawyer.
