Chugachaga: UAlbany startup accepted to international food business accelerator

ChugaChaga, a University at Albany startup that makes tea out of a fungus that grows in the Catskills, has been accepted to an international food accelerator based in New York. ChugaChaga produces tea made with chaga, a fungus that grows on birch trees and has multiple health benefits. The startup's team is made up of Luke Evans, Marc Iskandar and Adam Kaiser.
