Chicago Architecture Biennial: S.C. Johnson & Son Inc. donates $1 million for Chicago Architectural Biennial

S.C. Johnson & Son Inc. has donated $1 million to support the Chicago Architectural Biennial, a three-month exploration of building design that will include tours of the Johnson buildings created by Frank Lloyd Wright on the company campus in Racine, Wisconsin. The iconic architect designed the consumer products company's administration building, which opened in 1939, and its research tower, which opened in 1950. According to company history, H.F.
