Chef Shuttle: Chef Shuttle, RaftUp To Experiment with Lake Delivery

Chef Shuttle, the homegrown restaurant-meal delivery service brought to us by Ryan Herget, is trying something new during the upcoming Fourth of July holiday weekend.It's working with RaftUp of Little Rock, which recently debuted a mobile app, to offer "lake delivery" to boaters on Lake Hamilton. Chef Shuttle will deliver meals from Hot Springs-area restaurants to nearby marinas, but we're told it will also use a boat to meet users on the water.RaftUp's app uses location services, like GPS and Google Maps, to create an interactive map with marine-related information that is accessible while on the water.Whispers understands that the holiday offering is an experiment to assess the feasibility of such a service.
