CIL Management Consultants opens new Munich office Submitted 07/06/2021 - 9:48am CIL Management Consultants is opening an office in Munich, strengthening its presence in the DACH region and furthering its international growth ambitions. CIL specialises in growth strategy support and commercial due diligence for management teams and investors. The firm, which has historically served its European client base with a European team in the UK, is expanding its footprint in response to growing demand for its services across the region. The firms German operations will be led by Juliane Kaden-Botha, who joins from L Capital Advisors (LCA), where she was a Partner. Before joining LCA, she served as a Vice President with EY Parthenon, predominantly focused on their private equity and M&A practice across North America and Europe. She has over 15 years of international experience as a management consultant with particular expertise in commercial due diligence, value creation, portfolio optimisation, and identifying strategic M&A opportunities. Expanding our office network and hiring a Partner into the region is a natural step forward in ensuring we can serve our clients across key markets even more effectively. The move supplements CIL's existing offices in the UK and the US, as the firm scales up its international presence and its ability to serve multinational clients.
