CellOne: CellOne Working To Restore Network Services

CellOne reports that "over 80%" of its network was online as of 9.00am this morning [Oct 5], with network teams working to restore service.A post on the CellOne Facebook page says, "We hope everyone is safe and have weathered the storm without harm or damage. This will be the first of a series of network updates we'll be providing. Over 80% of our network was up as of 9am this morning.
