Cell Division Lab posted a video "LifeAct Forced Mitotic Exit" on VIMEO

HeLa cells stably expressing Histone H2BmCherry (red) and LifeActGFP(green), were arrested in mitosis with Nocodazole and MG132, then forced to exit by inhibiting Cdk1 with RO3306. This was some unused data from our publication: McCloy, R. A., et al and Burgess, A. (2015) Global Phosphoproteomic Mapping of Early Mitotic Exit in Human Cells Identifies Novel Substrate Dephosphorylation Motifs. Mol.
