Celebrate Drupal Blog State of Missouri ASP to Drupal Conversion

We are very excited to be meeting with the State of Missouri Department of Labor & Industrial Relations this week to assist them with converting their main web property http://labor.mo.gov/ from .ASP to Drupal 7. Through our alliance with Information Resources Group Inc. a Missouri State registered contractor, we will be providing end-to-end service insuring all functions translate from the current ASP framework to Drupal modules. Co-founder Chris McGrath will play a key development role and handle the client relationship with periodic visits to Jefferson City, and remotely from our office here in Olympia, WA.Our new partner, Alex Papanicalou, who leads our efforts in Washington D.C., will be acting as Technical Lead on the project. Alex brings a ton of experience including small business right up to enterprise financial and government Drupal experience. He also has extensive Microsoft experience and has worked in Big 5 tech consulting at firms such as Deloitte, as well as others like Booz Allen and major federal government contractor Blackstone Technology Group. Beth McGrath will act as our in-house Project Manager, and Harshdeep Bhasan of IRG will be providing logistic, project, and administrative support. We couldn't be more excited to work on this project! The site is already in good taste and provides a valuable function to the people of Missouri. We intend to transfer the functionality to Drupal, put the power of content creation, SEO maintenance tasks and other daily production activities in the hands of non-technical staff and empower technical staff to master the administration of an enterprise Drupal website
