The law firm of Case, Moses & Zimmerman PA will cease operations Friday. The firm is disbanding as partners David Moses and Chris Pate start Moses & Pate LLC, which will focus mainly on litigation. Bill Zimmerman is starting with Eron Law this week and will help that firm bolster its bankruptcy practice.
