Carls Patio: Rooms To Go buys Carls Patio

Rooms To Go has expanded in the outdoor furniture category, after buying Carls Patio, a South Florida-based marketer of luxury outdoor furniture and accessories. Financial terms of the deal, which closed Jan. 23, were not disclosed. The deal gives Rooms To Go 12 Carls Patio stores throughout Florida, including stores in Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Aventura and Miami.
