Careworks: CareWorks acquired by parent of rival Frank Gates

CareWorks Family of Companies has been acquired by competitor York Risk Services Group Inc., which runs Frank Gates Ohio. Dublin-based CareWorks dominates Ohio’s market among private managed care organizations that oversee workers’ compensation claims.
