Camp & King: San Francisco's Camp + King agency opening Chicago shop

Camp + King, a San Francisco-based boutique ad shop, is coming to Chicago. The agency said today it is opening a satellite office in Chicago to better serve one of its clients Energizer (NYSE: ENR), which is based in St. Louis.
