Family-owned C.J. Duffey Paper Co. will be sold to a New York-based paper company this week in a deal that has significant implications for the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis. The 70-year-old Minneapolis-based paper distributor was bought by Lindenmeyr Munroe, a division of Purchase, N.Y.-based Central National Gottesman Inc., according to a news release.
