Jim McCool's career, which led to his current job as CFO of Bunzl Distribution USA, has had a heavy dose of "always meant to be." McCool, who grew up in Philadelphia, received a call in 1999 from a headhunter about a job at a subsidiary of a company she called "Bunvel, just outside the city limits of Philadelphia."
