Building Congress & Exchange: The Building Congress & Exchange Board Appoints Ed Joffe to the Executive Committee

The Building Congress & Exchange (BC&E) Board of Directors have unanimously approved the appointment of Ed Joffe from the Whiting-Turner Contracting Co. to the Executive Committee. Joffe, a senior project manager at Whiting-Turner, retired from the BC&E Board last year after serving four years.
