Bruggemann Group: Deloitte with Eigenmann & Veronelli in the sale of Auserpolimeri

The German company L. Brüggemann GmbH & Co. KG, active in the production of polymers, has completed the purchase from Eigenmann & Veronelli of the entire share capital of AuserPolimeri, an Italian company specialized in the production of grafted polymers with a turnover of 27 million euros and an Ebitda of 7 million in 2021.
