BronxWorks hosts hiring event for youth department positions THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) - BronxWorks is hosting a hiring event to work in its children and youth department on Wednesday, Sept. 10. The event will be at the BronxWorks Betances Cornerstone Community Center at 547 East 146th Street from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. More Local News Available positions include youth workers, program coordinators, lead teachers, and security guards, among others. Job seekers with a high school diploma and GED recipients are welcome. Attendees should bring their resume and cover letter. Benefits for full-time employees and part-time employees who work at least 20 hours a week include paid holidays, health insurance coverage, and sick leave.
