Just after the Bagby Restaurant Group opened its first quick-service pizzeria, the company is already developing a second. The next fast-casual Bagby Pizza is planned to open at the 50-acre Foundry Row development in Owings Mills, where the Bagby Restaurant Group will also operate Foundry Row Wine & Spirits.
