At the end of each day, the elephants at Elephant Nature Park are brought down to the river for their last bath before their dinner and bedtime. I met the herd at the river and followed them home, filming all the way.*PLEASE WATCH IN HD!*These walks take a while smile emoticon The elephants love to stop and toss dirt on their backs. Even though they are wet, elephants immediately throw dirt on their backs. This helps keep them cool in the blistering hot Thailand summers. The elephant walking with a limp, If you look closely, you can see that her foot was horribly injured by a land mine. But thanks to the great medical care she receives at Elephant Nature Park, she lives a pain free and normal life.I hope you enjoy a brief glimpse into life here at Elephant Nature Park!
