Why is it happening?When we set up in 1990 we were focused entirely on sales recruitment. But as we've grown and the market has changed we're now helping more clients grow their business through their people. What services do we now offer?More companies are using us to recruit sales, marketing and engineers at all levels of seniority. We're also helping teams grow through our first class training programmes. Will my point of contact change?No. If you are currently talking to a sector specialist account manager or national account manager then this will not change. Who should I inform internally?Everyone, but we will specifically inform your accounts team as and when invoices are raised. Will our terms and conditions change?No. Terms and conditions will simply be transferred to the new trading name BMS Performance LLP.
