Sometimes, it's not easy being green. Just ask those little sprouts you've seen peeking through the snow. They have to be pretty tough to survive whatever weather throws at them. This year alone, those buds have survived nasty storms, heavy snows and wild winds. Yet, they are already far bigger than the tiny seeds that started them. And they seem to know that if they want to make a big entrance in the world, they need to be strong, resilient and vibrant - just like you. Okay, we can't hurry either Mother Nature - or an economy turnaround. But we can be productive while we wait. We've all lived and thrived through enough seasons of business and weather growth spurts to learn to roll with unpredictable turbulence. And we've figured out the best thing we can do in between is to prepare the ground so when the climate warms, we can hit the ground running.
