The Blend Desktop App, launched in early 2017, took the Blend experience to a new level with super fast syncing, seamless integration and unlimited backup space for your projects. The reception has been great but, as we tend to, we went ahead and made it even better! The new version of the Blend Desktop App lets you select a custom folder for your projects. While many users don't mind having the Blend folder in the default location we recognize that there are use cases for which this setting becomes super valuable. Not that you need to use it often, but if you ever want to temporarily pause project (file) syncing, you can now do that as well. The Blend Desktop App will clearly indicate the paused state so that you remember to resume syncing. In addition, we've made the app even more stable. It catches connectivity errors more precisely and silently recovers from them.If you've previously installed the Blend Desktop App then you've already got these updates - let us know how you're enjoying them.
