BECO: Developer promises unique workplace on ex-Motorola campus in Libertyville

Work to repurpose the 1.2 million-square-foot former Motorola campus in Libertville as Innovation Park Lake County is moving forward. A building addition is proposed as the new main entrance for prospective tenants and guests and extensive interior improvements are planned. "At the end of the day, we'll be in it for $100 million," said Mercedes Merritt, vice president of leasing for BECO South and BECO Midwest.
