(NASDAQ:NAVG) today announced that it has entered into a share purchase agreement for the purchase of all of the shares of Assurances Continentales - Continentale Verzekeringen NV ("ASCO") and Bracht, Deckers & Mackelbert NV ("BDM"). ASCO and BDM are both based in Antwerp, Belgium.
