Base2: One of Cincinnati's largest private companies makes third buy of the year

A nearly $1 billion Cincinnati private company has made its third acquisition of the year, continuing a streak of buys as part of its ongoing growth strategy. Belcan LLC is acquiring Bellevue, Wash.-based Base2 Solutions, which provides software and systems engineering consulting services to customers in industries such as aerospace, defense and medical devices.
